If your problem or upgrade requires a third-party contractor or specialist that a PorterHome technician cannot complete, your technician will handle the pricing, selection (with your input), and management of this contractor. We are your main point of contact, so you don't have to worry about plumbers, electricians, carpenters, or exterminators.

Yes if you're a homeowner and are moving to a different home/address. This does not apply if you have the subscription on your personal home and decide to enroll your investment property in place of your home.
