PorterHome was built on real, hands-on property management experience.
Our founder has spent over 18 years in the property management industry, managing both residential communities and large high-rise buildings. This includes overseeing properties with 320 units and currently managing a 405-unit high-rise, where operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, and vendor accountability are critical every day.
Through years of working in institutional-level property management, including experience with companies such as Greystar, we learned how professional systems, preventive maintenance, and clear communication directly impact property value and tenant satisfaction.
